2025 – 2026 UBO Youth Non-Refundable Team/Organization for 13&14u players (FALL SEASON ONLY)

For all players participating in UBO Youth Initiative, this deposit is non-refundable and commits players and families to the Organization.

Fall Only player fee is $1300, which includes Tournament Entry & Umpire Fees , Coach Fees, Practice Fees, Baseballs, Team Jerseys & Hats, Team Insurance.

What are you responsible for, and is not included in the $1,300 price?

– White pants, Grey pants, belts and socks

– If the outdoor field is unavailable due to inclement weather, a drop-in fee may be necessary for an indoor practice

– Additionally, a hotel room and (1) full tank of gas are mandatory for the head coach during all regular tournaments, and post season tournaments such as the Fall World Series, State Tournament, and Regional/Showcase Tournaments that are greater than 90 miles from the coach’s home address.

• We require a non-refundable $450 deposit, and the remaining $850 can be paid 1 of 3 ways.

  • For payment plans we partner with Affirm

  • Write a check for the remainder and pay no processing fees

  • Simply do nothing and the League Apps, the site where you registered, will automatically charge you for the remaining balance to the card on file on September 1, 2025

    So what this means….you have to decide how you want to pay. Once you decide, we work with you and allow you the time needed. But we now can plan and build teams, hire coaches, select tournaments, etc. For assistance with paying options, contact Tara at 985.395.2785

Age Cut off for this season is May 1, 2026 

Example:  If your child wants to play 8u he cannot turn 9 years old before 5/1/2026
