UBO stands for United Baseball Organization, and our mission is simple: the advancement of athletes.

UBO consists of multiple baseball brands throughout the Southeast, each operating under the same player-first philosophy. Unlike traditional organizations that simply hold tryouts and assign players to teams, UBO takes a more comprehensive approach to player evaluation. Our full-time staff attend high school games, evaluate players in competitive environments, and conduct individual workouts to better understand each athlete’s abilities, development needs, and potential before determining the appropriate team placement.

UBO rosters are intentionally constructed to create opportunities for players to compete, develop, and receive meaningful repetitions. Our standard roster model includes:

• 4 Outfielders
• 3 Middle Infielders
• 3 Corner Infielders
• 2 Catchers
• 8 Pitchers

In 2025, UBO expanded its structure to include 18U, 17U, 16U, 15U, and 14U brands. Across every age group and brand, UBO has helped players advance to college baseball—and, in many cases, into professional baseball.

But at UBO, success is not measured by the name on the front of the jersey.

It is measured by the advancement of the player wearing it.

Every athlete is different. Every athlete develops at a different pace. And every athlete has different needs. That is why UBO does not schedule every team or player the same way. Some athletes need additional repetitions, instruction, development, and competitive experience. Others are ready for greater exposure and advocacy. Our responsibility is to identify where each player is in that process and provide the opportunities that best help him move forward.

For the past five years, 100% of UBO players seeking opportunities at the next level have received opportunities to continue their baseball careers. That success is a direct reflection of the UBO philosophy: when a player is willing to go ALL IN, put in the work, trust the process, and genuinely desires to compete at the next level, our organization will work tirelessly to help create opportunities for that athlete.

Advancement, however, involves much more than baseball ability.

UBO provides Athletic Advisors with years of experience helping players and families navigate the advancement and recruiting process. We strongly encourage families to schedule in-person meetings with our staff so we can identify the athlete’s goals, evaluate where he currently stands, develop a realistic advancement strategy, and ensure both the player and family understand the process ahead.

At UBO, we are not building teams simply to build a brand. We are building opportunities for individual athletes.

Summer fees are $1,750

This fee includes the following:

• 6+ Tournaments (mostly Friday thru Sunday but some require play on other days)
• Uniforms
• Insurance
• Spring Training & Pro Style Combine as well as Recruiting Seminar

** All payments are non-refundable (as teams are being built and each player move creates secondary and tertiary moves for other players)
*** All Teams will play games in Perfect Game Events as well as Regional Events throughout the summer

After April 15, UBO will not have the ability to adequately evaluate players therefore all players registered after April 15 may not get placed in appropriate environment. If you or a friend registers last minute….they get last minute treatment!

All Players and Families will have the opportunity to pay in 3 different ways after paying your COMMITTMENT DEPOSIT of $250 (which does go towards the total cost).

1) Through League Apps – which has a processing fee

2) By check – made out to United Baseball and mailed to 227 Southeast Blvd, Morgan City, LA 70380.

3) Payment terms – through Affirm, where families can pay over time.
